Job Description
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids. Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules. Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting. Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience estimating for multifamily construction projects. Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately. Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams. Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry. Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
