Position Description:
deciBel Research is seeking a junior level integration and test engineer to support I&T efforts on a large Department of Defense (DoD) contract.
Responsibilities Include:
- Integration procedure development
- System Problem Report (SPR) initiation and processing
- System Test Dry Runs
- System Test execution
- Development of desktop regression test procedures and tools
- Document test procedures and test results
- Participate in engineering technical reviews
- Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDRL
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline
Experience Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in I&T engineering on DoD programs
- Integration of radar subsystems and software, and development/execution of test plans and procedures
- Test automation scripting in C++/MATLAB/Python
- Requirements verification, traceability, and reporting via DOORS, Jira, and Confluence
Special Skills Desired:
- Experience performing root cause analysis
- Experience working on a geographically distributed team• Familiarity with AESA HWIL testing
- Hands on use of test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, Wireshark)
