JTEKT Piedmont Assembly Operator

Job Summary

HTI is hiring Assembly Operators for JTEKT in Piedmont, SC. These are full-time, temp-to-hire manufacturing roles offering consistent schedules, weekly pay, and overtime opportunities—with the potential for a quick transition to full-time employment with JTEKT.

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you will:

• Assemble products and components following standard operating procedures
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift — $18.00/hr

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift — $18.00/hr

• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

3rd Shift — $18.00/hr

• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client
