What Does The Job Entail
Rhone is seeking a Junior Account Executive to help scale our wholesale business, supporting senior sales leadership in managing and growing key accounts and major department store partnerships. In this role, you will drive account performance through precise order execution, sales reporting, and day-to-day account operations — while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
What You'll Do
Run weekly selling reports and share performance insights with internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision making
Maintain e-commerce accuracy by managing asset distribution, product copy, and in-season site checks across major accounts
Lead the Go-To-Market process start to finish, including building decks, pulling reports, coordinating product presentation, and managing market calendars
Support visual merchandising directives and create product knowledge materials to strengthen brand presence with retail partners
Coordinate samples, digital assets, and account initiatives across key partners to ensure seamless execution
Manage PO lifecycle including order entry, confirmations, delays, updates, and EDI requests
Manage NuOrder for key accounts, ensuring accounts are market-ready with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in wholesale, merchandising, buying, or planning
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret selling data and identify opportunities
Resourceful and highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with NuOrder is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable leading presentations and representing the brand in group and account settings
Ability to travel (~20%) and support occasional weekend events
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 25 pounds required
