Job Summary We are seeking an experienced JuniorArchitect to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning and designing renovations and new construction for commercial and residential spaces. Your responsibilities will include working with team members to complete a full set of drawings as well as tracking responsibilities and special conditions each project may have. The ideal candidate is resourceful with an eye for detail and motivation to excel.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for meeting deadlines and communicating progress
Produce feasibility studies and design proposals
Create detailed blueprints and architectural plans
Communicate with team members
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, building codes, and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in architecture
3-5 years of experience in an Architecture firm, with a portfolio of work is preferred
Proficient in Revit and CAD software
working knowledge of Excel
