    A day in this role

    Picture your morning in our Downey, CA, 90210 facility: you review the production schedule, pull the right work orders, and set up a CNC machine to exact specifications. You load tools, reference blueprints and technical drawings, verify offsets, and run the first part to confirm quality. Throughout the shift, you keep an eye on cycle times and part finish, making small adjustments to maintain accuracy and throughput with state-of-the-art machinery.

    What you’ll do

    • Set up and run CNC equipment according to specifications and production timelines.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan each job.
    • Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent part quality and efficiency.
    • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
    • Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
    • Work closely with teammates to hit daily and weekly production targets.
    • As you grow, assist in training and mentoring new team members.

    What you bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in CNC is a plus).
    • Foundational knowledge of CNC machinery and how it operates.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
