What You Will Do

  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support various corporate matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for client representation.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide legal insights to foster strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate law or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes and corporate governance.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with real estate transactions or entertainment law.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $230K, reflecting the firm's commitment to attracting top talent. This position offers a hybrid work environment, promoting a balance between professional and personal life.
