    We are currently seeking a Junior Designer/Project Manager to assist our Principal Designer. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, extremely detail oriented, has strong time management and problem-solving skills, is a quick study and is hungry to learn and contribute. 


    Qualifications

    · Degree in Design and/or experience

    · Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Trello and Google Docs 

    · Strong computer skills 

    · Ability to communicate effectively in writing 

    · Sound judgment, dependable, punctual and professional 


    Responsibilities:

    You will be involved in all facets of design from working with designers and clients.

    · Managing projects and workflow to help lead the design process 

    · New and existing client interface (phone calls and in-person meetings) 

    · Working with our expediting team to ensure smooth project flow 

    · Developing designs and schedules 

    · Creating presentation boards and materials using Photoshop 

    · Data entry and budgeting for all projects 

    · Obtaining price quotes, maintaining budgets and working with our accounting team to send out estimates and monthly invoices 

    · Any other design related tasks that arise
