Junior Estimator - Commercial Construction

* Prepare project budgets, estimates, and bid proposals
* Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor pricing
* Support preconstruction activities from concept through bid submission
* Collaborate with operations teams to develop project strategies

* 3+ years of estimating, project engineering, or project coordination experience
* Experience developing budgets and bid packages
* Background in commercial, hospitality, restaurant, or retail construction preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
* Strong analytical and organizational skills

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 + benefits
