Position Summary:The Junior Designer creates and executes innovative creative and all aspects of the visual identity of the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans. This innovative designer will collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a cohesive brand, creative statement, and aesthetic that reflects the values and ideals of the organization. They will design a variety of consumer/fan touch points ranging from out of home, print ads, direct mail, in-venue signage, digital banners, and social media just to name a few. Sitting in the Marketing Department reporting to our Creative Director, our Junior Designer is experienced in bringing a variety of ideas to the table and eager to learn and grow here as a designer.

What you will be doing:

Deliver creative solutions to ensure the development of effective multichannel design materialsResize and prep files for delivery for both print and digital deliverablesMaintain great file organization and file cleanlinessCommunicate dynamic design/creative topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical/design audienceCollaborate with the creative staff to ensure continuous team growth and innovationWork collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with other departments, leaders, and members of the organization

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent1-3 years of professional experience with direct creative design experienceAn incredible portfolio of workAble to work in a fast-paced environmentProactive and approachable attitude with a strong sense of team collaborationStrong time management and organization skillsProficient in Adobe Creative cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Animation experience is not a mandatory but a plus
