Offering $70,000 - $80,000 per year, this in-person opportunity is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in financial planning and advisory services while delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented client support.

In this Junior Investment Advisor Associate role, you will support financial planning initiatives, client onboarding, account servicing, meeting preparation, and daily operational coordination. Working closely with senior advisors and leadership, you will gain exposure to investment research, retirement planning, and client relationships through hands-on mentorship.

The ideal candidate for the Junior Investment Advisor Associate role is organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented, with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a genuine interest in wealth management. This is an In-Person, on-site role in Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Gather client information, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate follow-up items for financial planning initiatives.
• Assist with client onboarding, account servicing, paperwork processing, and CRM management.
• Coordinate scheduling, client communication, and ongoing relationship management activities.
• Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and organize resulting action items into workflows.
• Support investment research, retirement planning, and financial planning analysis alongside senior advisors.
• Maintain organization across planning systems, compliance processes, and client service activities.
• Collaborate with the team while developing toward a future client-facing advisory role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Relationship-oriented approach, client-service mindset, and strong emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional presence.
• Genuine interest in investments, financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, preferred; familiarity with financial planning software is a plus.
