We are currently seeking candidates for a Junior Paid Media Specialist opportunity with a highly successful investment management firm in Boston, MA. The Junior Paid Media Specialist will support paid search, paid social, display, and other digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of digital marketing, advertising, or media experience and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Financial services experience is highly preferred.

This is a 12+ month contract position paying $30-$38/hour, depending on experience, with potential to extend. This role follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site in Boston and 2 days working from home. Candidates should be local to the Greater Boston area and willing to work on-site 3 days per week in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
• Support the setup and execution of paid search, paid social, display, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Maintain campaign trafficking documents, creative assets, links, tracking information, and launch details.
• Assist with paid search updates, campaign checks, reporting, and basic performance monitoring.
• Coordinate campaign materials and deadlines across creative, analytics, media, and other internal teams.
• Review campaign assets, links, specifications, and tracking for accuracy before launch.
• Help monitor campaign delivery and flag tracking, quality, or deadline issues to senior team members.
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the paid media team.

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, paid media, or a related area, including relevant internships.
• Experience or exposure to paid search, paid social, digital display, or campaign trafficking.
• Financial services or asset management experience is highly preferred.
• Agency, media operations, or account-support experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working with campaign data, analytics, tracking, and marketing technology.
• Collaborative, proactive, and interested in building a career in paid media.
