We are looking for a
Junior Plumbing Technician / Sales Representative with
1–5 years of plumbing experience. This is a hands-on plumbing and sales position involving service calls, diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and selling recommended work.
Responsibilities- Respond to scheduled residential plumbing appointments
- Diagnose and repair plumbing problems
- Run cameras and perform plumbing inspections
- Explain problems and repair options to customers
- Prepare estimates and close plumbing jobs
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
- Document work performed and communicate with the office
Qualifications- 1–5 years of plumbing experience
- Strong residential plumbing knowledge
- Sales and customer service skills
- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners
- Ability to confidently present and close jobs
- Valid driver's license
- Professional and dependable
