    Description

The Privacy Management Office (PMO) is seeking a privacy program specialist to support the full execution of the Access & Glossary (A&G) program. This program fulfills privacy transparency mandate by ensuring personal data collection and its purposes are disclosed in plain, accessible language on the external website. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership and professionalism: they respond to requests promptly, show up to meetings prepared, and communicate with purpose.

    What They Will Do:

    • Review A&G intake requests for consistency, readability, spelling, grammar, and Legal terminology standards
    • Guide stakeholders on A&G templates and requirements, and respond to their questions in a timely manner
    • Publish approved glossary files accurately, using the correct templates and meeting established timelines and quality standards
    • Create and maintain A&G program documentation and publishing records
    • Track intake status across all stages, including open, pending, backlog, exception, and SLA tracking, and keep metrics current and accurate
    • Write clear, well-reasoned review notes before passing work to the next reviewer in the A&G workflow
    • Flag blockers and stakeholder feedback to the PMO, and bring forward ideas for improving the process

    What We Are Looking For:
    • Experience managing or supporting privacy or technology programs, with a track record of working across cross-functional teams (Legal, Engineering, Engineering Program Managers, Product Managers, and others)
    • Ability to support the development and delivery of privacy training and awareness materials
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw out key insights, and present findings in a clear and meaningful way
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical or legal concepts into plain language for any audience
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests and review cycles at the same time
    • A self-starter who stays focused and delivers results in a fast-moving environment
    • Open to feedback, committed to continuous improvement, and proactive about anticipating questions and needs before they arise
    • Familiarity with Apple tools (Keynote, Pages, Numbers), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and common project and content management platforms (Wrike, Quip, Box)
