Compensation: $45-50k base salary + commission (10-25% payouts)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our client team as Junior Recruiter in Cedar Park, TX. This role is perfect for those with little to no recruitment experience, seeking to excel and grow their recruitment career. As a Junior Recruiter, you will focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process, with the opportunity to transition into a Full Desk Recruiter - here is your opportunity for career growth! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates to match client job requirements using various sourcing methods.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, assisting them through the hiring process from initial contact to job placement.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and qualifications for specific roles.
• Collaborate with the team to match candidates with client needs.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tools.
• Work toward KPIs and targets, with monthly commission payouts based on your success.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service (e.g., car sales, bartending, real estate, or other commission-based roles).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn and succeed in a recruitment role.
