Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with government contracting experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

*This position is located in our Tysons Corner, VA corporate office 4 days a week and Fridays remote.

Position Summary

The Junior Recruiter will support full life cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of federal government contracts, proposals, and corporate positions. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, capture managers, and business leaders to identify and attract top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience within a government contracting environment and is familiar with proposal recruiting, surge hiring, and supporting business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical, professional, and cleared positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Support proposal recruiting.
• Partner with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS records.
• Coordinate interviews and offers.
• Attend recruiting events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and OFCCP requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a federal government contracting environment.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting proposal recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical IT professionals for federal government contracts.
• Experience recruiting cleared professionals.
• Experience with JobDiva.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Location

This position is based in our Tysons Corner, Virginia office. Employees are expected to work onsite four (4) days per week, with one remote workday each week, subject to business needs.
