Job Description

This role is with KLG, a global leader in international education. KLG is now owned by Inspirit Capital and continues to deliver world-class educational experiences through its international network of schools and university partners.

We're in the look for Junior Sales Advisors who are passionate about consultative sales and international education, and want to develop their career in a dynamic, multicultural and grow oriented environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide students from North America and Europe in one of the most important decisions of their personal and professional development: choosing the English program abroad that best suits both their goals and aspirations.

Through a personalized advising experience via phone and email, you will help prospective students find the best academic option, making a positive impact on their educational journey while contributing to Kaplan's growth and leadership as a global benchmark in international education.

Responsabilities

• Provide personalized sales advice to prospective students (no cold calling), ensuring their needs are aligned with our academic offerings.

• Manage customer and sales opportunity tracking through Salesforce and other internal platforms

• Not only meet but also exceed individual and market targets and KPIs established by the organization.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize the student experience and business results.

Requisitos

• Fluent english (B2 +)

• Interest in and affinity for the travel, education and language learning sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Average earning potential of COP $7.000.000 per month, with uncapped commissions that reward your performance and results.

• Growth plan through automatic promotion to Sales Executive after completing 6 months in the role and meeting established objectives

• Location: Bogotá D.C. - 100% on site.

• Schedule: Rotative shifts between 10:00 a.m. & 9:00 p.m.
