About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers at live campaign locations, retail environments, and promotional events. You’ll represent client brands, support customer decisions, and create positive, high-quality customer experiences.

This is a dynamic, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Present products and services clearly and confidently
• Answer customer questions and provide tailored guidance
• Support customer registrations and account setup
• Engage with customers in retail and event-based environments
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Work collaboratively with team members and campaign leaders
• Contribute toward daily and weekly sales targets
• Share customer feedback to help improve campaign performance
