Struction Solutions is seeking a Junior Scheduler to assist in updating and analyzing program and project schedules. This role ensures data integrity, performs quality control (QA/QC) on schedules, and supports the scheduling team in delivering accurate project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist schedulers in updating project schedules, coordinating input from various teams.
- Analyze schedules for compliance with program-level standards, ensuring data integrity.
- Perform QA/QC reviews on P6 schedules, verifying logic ties and adherence to scheduling guidelines.
- Review contractor schedule submittals for contract compliance and scope alignment.
- Interpret drawings and contract terms to assess compensable and non-compensable time extensions.
- Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analyses to support project tracking.
- Support the scheduling team in reporting and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional experience in scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably in educational facilities or public works projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera (latest version) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
- Superior organizational and planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
