Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Technical Manager to support day-to-day project execution and strengthen team leadership. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical workstreams, manage resource allocation, monitor project progress, and ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. This role will also serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and project leadership, helping drive timely delivery, issue resolution, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily activities across multiple technical workstreams.
Manage resource allocation and task prioritization.
Track project progress, risks, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership.
Support project planning, reporting, and operational execution.
Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
