Junior Trademark Associate – Intellectual Property

A top-ranked, innovation-driven law firm is seeking a Junior Trademark Associate to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in trademark law, including prosecution, counseling, and both domestic and international enforcement.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  

• Strong academic credentials
  

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
  

• Admitted to practice (or eligible for admission) in the state corresponding to the office location
  

• Proven ability to manage trademark portfolios and client communications with attention to detail
  

Responsibilities:

• Handle trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters
  

• Advise clients on domestic and international trademark strategy
  

• Draft and respond to office actions, oppositions, and enforcement letters
  

• Collaborate with colleagues across IP, litigation, and corporate practice areas
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $310,000
  
  (Actual salary commensurate with experience, education, and office location)
