I'm partnering with a respected Texas general contractor that is looking to add a K-12 Superintendent to lead new campuses, additions and renovations throughout the Fort Worth area.

They're looking for a field leader who can own aggressive summer schedules, coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality and keep safety at the forefront on occupied campuses.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on K-12 new construction, additions and renovations
• Execute work safely on occupied campuses
• Manage summer and phased schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
• Drive inspections, punch lists and turnover
• Communicate with district representatives and architects

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on K-12 or public projects
• Occupied campus and phased schedule experience
• OSHA 30
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Proactive owner communication
