Key Responsibilities:
- Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and learning.
- Deliver engaging music instruction to students in grades K-8 using a standards-based curriculum.
- Customize instructional materials and strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Regularly analyze student performance data to drive instructional decisions.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration to meet school-wide and individual student goals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school community.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid teaching license in one of the following areas:
- K-12 or Early Childhood to Adolescence Music (All)
- K-12 or Early Childhood to Adolescence General Music
- Candidates pursuing alternative certification are encouraged to apply; you also provides support throughout the process.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic, indoor school environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
