What you will do:- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, toileting, and transportation.
- Support residents in expressing their preferences and needs, honoring their choices and promoting self-determination.
- Help create a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for everyone.
- Take residents on daily outings and help them engage with their community.
Requirements- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license for resident transportation.
- Physical and mental capability to assist residents based on their specific needs.
- A strong passion for helping others.
- Previous experience is great, but a kind heart and a willingness to learn are what matter most. We provide paid training for all skills needed!
