What You'll Do

As an AM Dishwasher/Porter you’ll be a vital member of our back-of-house team — ensuring that all dishware, utensils, kitchen equipment and restaurant areas are clean, sanitized, and ready for action. You’ll work efficiently and collaboratively to keep service smooth and the environment spotless.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• • Operating dishwashing equipment with precision and safety
  • Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized dish station
  • Pre-rinsing and inspecting dishes for cleanliness and damage
  • Stacking, storing, and handling all wares with care
  • Supporting kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks (mats, floors, trash, etc.)
  • Cleaning restaurant rooms, areas, bathrooms on a daily basis to ensure service readiness. This includes but is not limited to mopping, vacuuming, detail cleaning (high dusting, additional projects)
  • Complete additional cleaning tasks as directed/scheduled
  • Stocking dish area with necessary supplies and chemicals
  • Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect

What We're Looking For

• Prior dishwashing or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Organizational skills and a sense of pace and urgency
• Openness to feedback and a commitment to continual improvement
• A growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead
