Job Description Kearney Activate Salesforce Solutions Architect
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will help ensure the stability and viability of Salesforce solutions while designing and managing the delivery of cloud technology solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design scalable, well-architected technology solutions that meet business needs.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of solutions built on Salesforce and Force.com technologies, including APIs, Apex, Aura, LWC, and ETL tools. The role involves collaborating with project teams and client stakeholders while helping guide the technical direction of Salesforce implementations.

Compensation
Base Salary Starting at $125k. It is essential to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
