Responsibilities Perform structural engineering analysis and design for steel and concrete structures Prepare calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents Support lateral system analysis and design including seismic and wind loading Coordinate with structural designers and multidisciplinary engineering teams Review drawings, calculations, and design models for quality and accuracy Lead portions of projects independently with minimal supervision Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers Participate in field walks, site visits, and project coordination meetings Assist with scope development, scheduling, and project execution Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Structural emphasis Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10+ years of structural engineering experience Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC codes Experience with structural analysis and design software Experience designing steel and concrete structures Proficiency with Navisworks and Bluebeam Strong communication and leadership skills Experience leading small engineering teams Preferred Qualifications MS in Structural or Civil Engineering Structural Engineer (SE) license Industrial, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing facility experience Experience with STAAD or similar structural analysis tools Additional Information Hybrid/remote role with 2 onsite days weekly Candidates must be located within the Northeast/Midwest regional office footprint Occasional field walks and site visits may be required Home office/internet capability required for remote work days This role will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams on structural design, calculations, coordination, and project execution for complex facility projects.
