Summary

Join KW Bothell as a buyer agent partner serving clients in Kenmore and Bothell. This is a commission-only opportunity; agent split is 50%–70% of GCI, with an estimated earnings range of $75,000–$125,000. The role is based at our local KW Bothell office, 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA; it is not remote. You will guide buyers through search, tours, offers, and closing while delivering a responsive client experience. Benefits include training, mentorship, and practical office support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with buyers in Kenmore, Bothell, and nearby communities so clients receive local market guidance. • Consult with clients about goals, timing, and financing so their home search is focused and realistic. • Coordinate showings and property tours so buyers can evaluate homes efficiently. • Prepare and present competitive offers so clients can act confidently in a changing market. • Negotiate terms and manage transaction milestones so deals move smoothly toward closing. • Communicate consistently with clients, lenders, inspectors, and escrow partners so expectations stay aligned. • Use KW systems, training, mentorship, and office support to build a sustainable real estate business.

Qualifications

• Active Washington real estate license, or a clear path to obtaining one. • Strong communication, follow-through, and client-service skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a local office team. • Willingness to work in person from the KW Bothell office and attend training and mentorship sessions. • Reliable transportation for local showings and appointments. • Comfort learning CRM and real estate technology. • Professional, ethical, and service-oriented approach.
