• The purpose of the Volunteer position is to provide an enjoyable and safe experience for members and program participants.

• Adhere to YMCA policies, rules, and objectives.
• Lead by example to support the responsibilities of the Kewanee YMCA.
• Work to establish and improve caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in our members.
