- The purpose of the Volunteer position is to provide an enjoyable and safe experience for members and program participants.

- Adhere to YMCA policies, rules, and objectives.
- Lead by example to support the responsibilities of the Kewanee YMCA.
- Work to establish and improve caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in our members.
