We’re looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our front-of-house team! As a Customer Service Team Member at KFC, owned and operated by White Management, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Take and process orders accurately (in-person and drive-thru)
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Prepare and package food orders quickly and correctly
- Maintain a clean dining and front counter area
- Assist customers with questions and concerns professionally
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications: - Must be at least 16 years old
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability (Weekends a must)
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
