Notes

• We have 3 spots and 1 will have more of an Infrastructure background focus

• PMP required - They need an PM who understands PMP/PMI concepts and can speak to them in detail - textbook heavy basic questions

• Wants Job Stability and Good Career progression not looking to See former VPs and Directors ideally

• If they have more than 2 jobs since 2020 they will probably not be a match

• He wants to see in resumes that shows "growth" from out of college and progression to a PM.

• Someone that started as QA then Engineering and grew to a PM from example.

• A consulting Background from companies like Deloitte, PWC, EY, IBM, Accenture, ETC

• Any Prior involvement in building or scaling a PMO function is a plus

• The position requires a hands on project manager who is also skilled in documenting and creating test cases.

• This hybrid PM/BA will be responsible for overseeing technology ownership, managing upgrades and enhancements, and ensuring thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• They will Support deployments, has to know application deployment, will be a tech delivery PM

• Should have a strong IT background, particularly in infrastructure and new application deployments.

• Cruise Industry experience is very helpful
