Compensation: $60,000 – $120,000+ (base + commission potential)
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
- Learn customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Walk customers through features, benefits, and test drives
- Assist with financing steps and purchase paperwork
- Follow up after the sale to ensure a great experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Strong communication skills (in-person and phone)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Customer-focused mindset
- Sales or service experience is a plus, but not required
- Driver's license is required
