Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Kinaxis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise level solutions that drive business efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology initiatives with business goals and lead cross functional teams in delivering innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve business processes and systems.
Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams on best practices in architecture and design.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate architectural concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience with Kinaxis, including implementation and optimization of its functionalities.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Proven experience in designing and implementing large scale enterprise solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Certifications in enterprise architecture or related fields.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related role.
Proven experience with Kinaxis is a deal breaker; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
