Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on technical expertise in Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse), particularly in solution architecture, system integration, supply chain planning, and application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, designing and implementing solutions, integrating Kinaxis with SAP S/4HANA and other supply chain applications, and supporting ongoing enhancements and issue resolution. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient supply chain planning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical solution design and architecture for Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.
- Manage integrations between Kinaxis and SAP S/4HANA and other supply chain applications.
- Handle data modeling, system configuration, automation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Support application enhancements, production incidents, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver technical solutions and roadmap initiatives.
- Coordinate technical deliverables, testing, and implementation activities.
Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.
- Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and application support.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and supply chain planning processes.
- Experience in technical leadership, issue resolution, and project delivery.
Skillset:
- Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse technical expertise.
- SAP S/4HANA and enterprise application integration.
- Data modeling, configuration, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Technical documentation, stakeholder management, and communication.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Kinaxis certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Must be technically hands-on with Kinaxis, beyond general project management or functional supply chain experience.
Shift Hours: 8:00AM -5:00 PM CST
