Kindergarten Teacher

About the Role:
Creative Learning Academy Inc is looking for a passionate and energetic Kindergarten Teacher to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with kindergarten curriculum standards
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment for all students
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and administrators
• Incorporate hands-on, play-based learning activities to promote social and cognitive development
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and behavior
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administrators to support school-wide initiatives
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies

Requirements:

• Prior experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood education preferred
• Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards for kindergarten
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with young learners
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
