Job Title: Kit Crew Installer Company: Country Lane Gazebos Location: New Holland, PA Country Lane Gazebos is hiring a Kit Crew Installer to join our installation team in New Holland, PA. We build gazebos, pavilions, and pergolas for customers across the U.S. and internationally. About the Role: Working as a Kit Crew Installer As part of our on-site installation team, you will assemble prefabricated outdoor structures at customer locations. You’ll work alongside a Foreman and 1–2 other crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards. What You'll Do: Assemble: Install custom outdoor structures at customer sites as part of a 2–3-person crew. Contribute: Help ensure each structure is built correctly, safely, and according to plans. Collaborate: Work with your team to solve on-site issues and keep projects moving. Grow: Build your skills while working for a stable and growing company. What You'll Bring to the Team: Positive, professional attitude. Clear communication with team members and customers. Basic math skills. Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Commitment to job site safety and organization. Willingness to work a changing weekly schedule and occasional light travel. Ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Bonus Points (Not Required): Basic construction experience. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Forklift certification.
