Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking an energetic and dependable Kitchen Cook to prepare food items, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and help deliver a great guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows food safety standards, and works well as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, fryers, grills, and food warmers
- Prepare ingredients and stock stations before shifts
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements
- Monitor food inventory and notify management of low-stock items
- Receive and properly store food deliveries
- Maintain a clean kitchen, prep areas, equipment, and storage areas
- Assist with party and group event food orders
- Work cooperatively with team members and management
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen, restaurant, concession, or food service experience preferred
- Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and work effectively during busy periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Must be at least 16 years old (or age required by state law)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a warm kitchen environment

- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and school break periods
