Rokaru - Kitchen/Cook Position

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious and authentic ramen and other dishes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Prepares food using recipes and menu items and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Able to lift at least 25lb of
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting

As college students, instant noodles or ramen is a way of survival for some of us. However, many people don’t know that ramen is actually very unique in its own way. One bowl can bring so much flavor and texture! I want to bring ramen into the spotlight so more people will know what this dish can bring to the table.
