• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is properly prepared, presented, and served in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation.
• Maintain consistency in portion sizes, flavor, and presentation.
• Monitor food inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize food waste.
• Ensure the kitchen meets all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to maintain an efficient kitchen.
• Help develop menu specials and make recommendations for menu improvements.
• Receive feedback and make necessary improvements to food quality and kitchen performance.

• Previous experience as a chef, cook, or in a similar kitchen leadership role preferred.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high food-quality standards.
