We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Crew Members to help prepare the fresh, high-quality food our guests love.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook food according to Culver’s standards
• Keep up with orders in a fast-paced kitchen
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Stock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly
• Help with cleaning and other restaurant duties when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and responsible
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

We are looking for team members with daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability. Flexible scheduling is available based on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.
