McDonald's Kitchen Crew Member

We're looking for dependable, motivated kitchen crew members to join our McDonald's team! In this role, you'll prepare quality food, help keep orders moving efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. If you enjoy teamwork and a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to McDonald's recipes and quality standards. Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely. Assemble orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests. Follow food safety, handwashing, sanitation, and food storage procedures. Keep kitchen workstations, equipment, and floors clean. Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout your shift. Communicate with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods. Follow portion guidelines and preparation procedures to help reduce food waste.

Qualifications: Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties safely, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required-training is provided!
