Pay: $16.00–$17.50/hr for adults (based on experience); $14.00/hr for team members under 18.

We're hiring Kitchen Crew Members to cook ButterBurgers® and fresh food to order, keep the line stocked and prepped, and help hold our kitchen to Culver's standards. Restaurant kitchen experience helps but is not required. We'll train you on Culver's. We hire for work ethic, speed, and availability.
Pay:
- Experienced line cooks start toward the top of the range.
- Performance reviews at 90 days, at 6 months from hire, then every 6 months. Raises are earned through performance. They are not automatic.

What you'll do:
- Cook and assemble food to order, quickly and accurately
- Prep and stock the line, and follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized through the shift
- Communicate with the front team so every order goes out right
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable working at a fast pace
- Shows up on time, every time
- Good availability. Evenings and weekends are a big plus.
- Team player who takes pride in the food
