As a member of our back-of-house (BOH) crew, you will work together with a dynamic team to prepare our famous ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites to perfection. Every detail matters in our kitchen, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each meal served is a masterpiece.

What you'll do:

• Provide excellent guest service and hospitality
• Help prepare and/or serve great food
• Perform primary and secondary positions in a timely manner
• Learn and follow food safety standards
• Perform any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
