This is a physically demanding, overnight role with strong opportunities for advancement.No experience? We will train the right person.What You’ll Do- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ductwork, fans)- Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized tools- Work on rooftops and inside exhaust systems- Install access panels and perform basic system maintenance- Represent Nelbud professionally on job sitesWhat to Expect- Overnight schedule (Sunday-Thursday)- Start times as early as 5 PM; shifts may run late- Physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment- Work in tight spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditionsWhat We’re Looking For- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn- Comfortable with physical labor and challenging environments- Able to work overnight consistently- Strong work ethic and team mindsetDriving Eligibility (for company vehicle use) To operate a company vehicle, candidates must meet the following:- Valid driver’s license- At least 20 years old- Minimum of 3 years of driving experienceWhat We Offer- Paid training - we will teach you the trade- Career growth opportunities (promotions from within)- PTO and paid holidays- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance- 401(k) with company match- Pay on Demand optionsWhy Nelbud?
