    Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC is seeking a Kitchen Expeditor for our renowned Red Fox Restaurant. We are a privately owned and operated country club nestled inside Preston, a premier residential community. This is a Part Time position.     Job Information:

    • This position checks orders and instructions as the tickets come into the kitchen and checks for special instructions, calls out the orders to the line and assembles trays before they are sent into the dining room.
    • This position serves as communication between the Front and Back of the House, observing all rules and expectations of the Chef.
    • Also responsible for all training material and knowledge of all food and wine items on the menus and special sheets and must exhibit a willingness to learn.
    Job Requirements:

    • Must be available to work PM shift (4pm- approximately 10pm), 3-4 days per week, weekends, and holidays.
    • Experience in hospitality or any other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and be eligible to work in the United States.
