Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Installation & Job Performance- Install products according to manufacturer specifications with precision and efficiency
- Complete projects ranging from small jobs to large team-based installations
- Meet established targets for quality, safety, and project timelines
- Follow company procedures and maintain professionalism on all job sites
- Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship on every project
2. Customer Service & Communication- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide updates and answer questions throughout the project
- Ensure customers feel informed, confident, and satisfied
- Support project timelines while meeting customer expectations
- Maintain clear, respectful communication at all times
Required Qualifications:- Experience in construction, remodeling, or related field
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
