What You'll Do:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and plating standards
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs while minimizing waste
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
• Maintain a positive, organized kitchen environment during high-volume service periods

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience in high-volume establishments
• Full-time availability and commitment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to stay calm and focused during peak service times
