About the Role:
Gun Barrel City Wings LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations in Rockwall, TX! This is your chance to take the helm of a high-energy kitchen environment, driving quality, consistency, and team performance. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality and consistency on every plate
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team
• Monitor food prep, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth, efficient service

Requirements:

• 1+ years of kitchen management or lead cook experience in a restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe certification (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a kitchen team
• Experience with inventory management, food costing, and ordering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
