We’re an organic, seed oil-free café and gluten-free bakery looking for a hands-on kitchen manager who shares that care. Someone who loves to cook, takes pride in their work, and brings out the best in the people around them.
You’ll work on the line, lead the team, and keep the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll also have a voice here, with room to bring ideas, help develop recipes, improve how we work, and grow with us as new opportunities take shape.
What you’ll be doing:
- Cooking on the line and leading the team through prep and service.
- Keeping the kitchen organized and the food consistently good.
- Managing inventory, ordering, product rotation, and waste.
- Developing and testing recipes alongside our chef owner.
- Maintaining recipe, portion, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Helping coordinate kitchen schedules and stepping in where needed.
What we’re looking for:
Solid cooking skills and experience leading a kitchen team. You may be a kitchen manager or sous chef, or a lead line cook ready to take the next step. You know how to stay steady during a rush, communicate clearly, and follow through.
Just as important, you’re curious about ingredients, thoughtful about what you serve, and find joy in feeding people well. You want to contribute to a place you believe in—and help it grow.
Weekend availability and scheduling flexibility are required.
