You will be responsible for executing closing operations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and upholding the standards that make Chick-fil-A known for “Remark”able food and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to a high-performing kitchen team focused on delivering consistent, high-quality food with urgency and attention to detail
- Execute all closing procedures and complete required checklists accurately and thoroughly
- Prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with Chick-fil-A quality and food safety standards
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, recipes, and procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization across all kitchen and food preparation areas
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and inventory rotation
- Follow all federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a calm, positive, and professional demeanor during high-volume periods
- Adhere to all Chick-fil-A Pathway training, food safety procedures, and operational standards
- Follow all safety guidelines when operating and cleaning equipment
- Maintain proper hygiene and appearance standards

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
- Falling below this threshold for two consecutive pay periods may result in a wage adjustment
- Must be available to work at least one Saturday per pay period
- Must be available to work a minimum of four closing shifts per week
- Reduced availability may result in a wage adjustment
- No prior restaurant experience required—training provided
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and move efficiently between workstations
- Must complete all required Pathway training courses
- Must be willing to work both inside and outside the restaurant as needed
